Pineview Apartments provides independent living options with a range of services to meet residents' needs as their health or lifestyles changes. Most of all, residents enjoy life in a casual, friendly community while leaving the burden of property upkeep and management behind.
The complex offers a range of service to meet residents’ needs:
• 530-square-foot living space with full bath, kitchen, bedroom and living room.
• All apartments are one level with no steps at the entry.
• Paved walkways and ramps make it safe and easy to get around; they also offer convenient access to parking.
• Interior and exterior maintenance services.
• Personal care services available through local resources.
• On-site medical clinic.

Within the Pineview Apartments complex is a community center, walking trails and outdoor benches for taking in the scenic mountain views. Birds and other wildlife frequent the grounds bringing nature right to your backyard.
They are also invited to utilize Potomac Valley Transit for trips to Oakland, MD and Elkins, WV every week. House cleaning can be provided for an additional fee.

Medical and Fire Monitoring Services.
Pineview Apartment residents pay their own electric, cable and telephone bills.
But an allowance is deducted from each resident's rent to help reduce the electric costs.Coin-operated laundry room and common area are available in each building.
Mail is conveniently delivered to enclosed boxes in the center of each building.

Each apartment has an outside private entrance and one opening to a broad, well-lit interior hallway with handrails.
Apartments are all provided medical monitor pendants for 24-hour 911 access.
24-hour fire detection is installed in every apartment and building.
In addition to the long-term nursing care and rehabilitation resources available at the adjacent skilled nursing facility, residents may seek medical care at Mountaintop Clinic on Blackwater Ridge’s Campus, Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins, Garrett Memorial Hospital in Oakland, Md. and from other regional providers.
